The Possibility Experience

The Possibility Experience, run by Ellen Wasyl, is an independent executive coaching and consulting firm. There, she helps people at the critical intersection of ‘what is’ and ‘what could be’ escape the impossible and embrace uncertainty as a place of growth.

With over 20 years of Fortune 500 expertise, her work is fueled by a desire to use her experience to help others see and believe in the possibilities in their own lives.

Previously operating as Blue Ocean Leadership, Ellen initially approached me to help her create some internal systems. But the more we spoke, the more I realized Blue Ocean Leadership was not where her heart lay. It represented where she had come from, not where she wanted to go.

So just as she urges her clients to do, Ellen leapt into the unknown to develop a whole new brand. It was then that The Possibility Experience came to life.

The new brand is inspired by the symbolism of the ocean, in all its vastness and depth, much of it beyond comprehension. It maintains a high level of professionalism that appeals to her corporate clients, yet through subtle language and imagery, evokes a hidden curiosity and desire for change that cause many of them to seek out her services in the first place.

From business naming, to visual identity, to a whole new website, I’m beyond honored that Ellen chose to invest her trust in me to help her see and believe in her own possibility!
