Hostess with the Mostess (HWTM), an online resource for hip & modern entertaining ideas, is like the Pinterest for parties. Powered by a daily blog and creative online community, HWTM is the place to go for inspiration when you’ve got an event to plan. From weddings, to birthdays, new babies, and everything in between, they’ve got it and they know fun!

HWTM’s head hostess, Jenn, was looking to grow the business and wanted a new identity as fun, feminine and energetic as the business itself. The initial moodboard I created was a hit right off the bat so I knew we were on to something good. The new identity evolved through several rounds of hand drawn type exploration, color and shape. The end result incorporates bright, vibrant colors, multi-colored party ribbon and of course – confetti! Nothing says party more than confetti and the new identity is right on target.
